BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE (Part 2)...
...High today 49, low 37, seriously cloudy all day long - no sun shine at all. It's funny, winter's not my favorite - but I just love dressing for it! Think I would have had a fit if I didn't get the chance to wear this coat today (even though I don't like cold weather).

It looks really good! Great job on the the alteration. It's almost like a new coat and all you had to do was hem it.
ReplyDeleteI hear your comments on it being cold outside! That red coat is just lovely on you! It was frigid here this weekend; I'm hoping it will warm up just a tiny bit.
ReplyDeleteAnd congrats on the weight loss!
That is such a stunning coat! I also do not like cold weather, which is part of why I live in Florida.
ReplyDeleteYou look good in your altered winter coat! Nice job because I hate to alter!!!
ReplyDeleteYou look great in your newly altered coat! I always love a red coat!
ReplyDeleteLovel your red coat...So lovely on you
ReplyDeleteLooking good...a red coat is so eye catching!
ReplyDeleteThat's a stylish outfit you have there, Faye. You look terrific. It's cold here, too and it's supposed to be summer!! Temperature range was 3 - 16 celsius! Not sure what that is in your language.
ReplyDeleteLooking good Faye. Like having a brand new coat and nothing beats that gorgeous red.
ReplyDeleteThat coat looks great with the alterations. Stunning outfit.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about not liking this weather. I love to sew with wool and wer winter clothes too!
You look ready for the winter and cozy warm.
ReplyDeleteLooks good in a shorter length! Winter does seem to have arrived overnight.
ReplyDeleteBravo on the coat! Fun coats are definitely one of the very few ups of cold weather!
ReplyDeleteYou look great, despite the lousy weather! And the cold is just beginning, so as the song gones, "button up your overcoat" cause you are right-baby it's cold outside!
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful Faye!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful coat, especially the color, to wear on a cold winter day. It looks great on you.
ReplyDeleteLookin' good!!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on re-working this coat, it's now very stylist and looks soooo good on you! Love it with the plaid skirt too...just a great combination!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments on my blog too!
I'd be shivering in my slippers in that weather! I love a red statement coat, and the length you hemmed it looks perfect. Enjoy wearing it.
ReplyDeleteWonderful outfit! I like dressing for winter...the first couple weeks. It's the remaining 4 months that get to me.
ReplyDeleteYou are winter ready. But I'm like you, dressing for it is fun but the cold and snow making me sick.
