... I do love my pressing tools. These are just some of them, I also have a collapsible June tailor board, two very nice sleeve boards, and a couple of pressing sticks that didn't make it into the picture. I've had one of my hams and my seam roll for a very long time and they have held up very nicely. I have two different sized hams - they are my saw dust stuffed babies. Pressing tools recently added to my "WISH" list are a pressing mitt and a velvet/needle board.
What are your pressing favorites???

My gravity feed iron!!!
ReplyDeleteI love my pressing tools too! I also have the Just Tailor board and have the pads for it as well which I seem to always end up leaving them on there. A sleeve board is on my wish list as I really really want one of these and could have used it for the shirt I'm making at the moment for one of my assignments. I have all my pressing tools in a basket thats sits under my ironing board including a silk organza pressing cloth. I also have a bottle of demineralised water sitting beside my basket as it's the only water I ever put in my iron.... especially here where we live and only have access to bore water which is highly mineralised and heavy in calcium and leaves a build up on everything.
