#BLC 2018 - Day 7: Sew Plan It...

...I am such a planner lover - REALLY I AM!

Being the avid planner person I have test driven many a system.  Yes, I need a good system to help keep track of  appointments, meetings galore, and lots of references and database codes (because I actually work for two entities - yes, 2 jobs in 1).  There is nothing like having important information handy when it is needed.  I've used the Franklin Planner system FOR YEARS. I've tried to switch over to others several times, but nothing seems to work as well for me.  But, I have yet to find an adequate planner system to help me keep track of my sewing/blogging passions.  Enter a solution:

Sheri Williams of My Daily Threadz recently released her brand new personal sewing planner.

There is so much included in this elegantly designed planner.  Three different choices for fashion art, pages to keep me plan blog posts, fashion croquis, inspiration board pages, measurement pages, etc., etc., etc. - all in just the right feminine colorway.   How much prettier could planning be?  Let's see if this can also help me keep up with all the sewing patterns around here...

  1. Oh I was on the Franklin Planner team with you Ms. Faye for too many years to count! However, when the digital devices came about, i.e. the “PDA’s”, I gave them a try and never went back. I guess you can say I’m a total digital girl. While I love the look of these planners you all are using, I just can’t give up my digital planner. No, it doesn’t have the pretty things paper planners do, but it definitely keeps me organized and on track. Good Luck and have fun with your pretty new planner! I pray it’s everything you need!

  2. I am in miche with my planner! Like you said, you have everything at your fingertips... calendars, appt. pages, vision boards, note pages, inspiration pages, measurement chart, to do lists( daily, weekly, monthly), abs project planners. The best thing is you can take it wherever you go... ...love it!

    1. I understand Monica, planners don't work at all unless we put them to work. Hope you enjoy your 2019 planner.

  4. I love this post! I made an elaborate planner for myself at the start of the year, and I hardly ever use it. This one looks so cute, though!

    1. Maybe you could revive your planner for the new Year Vanessa. I think I read your post about it.

  5. I, too, am a planner addict. I use them for daily stuff and more recently, for my sewing projects. I've heard so much about this one I'll have to check it out.

  6. I fail at calendar type planners. I had now begin to use a spiral notebook to sketch drawings, paste swatches and yarns, and list notes of my crafting plans.
