WORK WEAR MONDAY...

...oh, it's not Monday is it (felt like it though).  I love wearing a new garment to work even if it's only a top.  Vogue 8152 is such a nifty top, equipped with it's own scarf as it turned out to be.  I might need to make another one of these - maybe in a solid color.

I wore it with my McCall's 6654 brown knit skirt made a couple of years ago.  It was a very good work wear day...

  11. I love this top! It looks good on you! I need to go thru my patterns and see if I have this one. I like the crossover piece of this.

    1. I've had this pattern for so long. It was gifted to me. I've pulled it out and looked at it and put it back in the drawer at least 20 times. I was afraid that the crossover piece would sag or droop, but by using two sizes things worked out very well.

  13. You look lovely as usual! That fabric sort of reminds me (I think...I'll have to look again) of my very first Mood purchase fabric. It ended up being slinkier than what I planned it for so I'm searching for another pattern. :)
