SHAKING MY HEAD...

... the new

website has me shaking my head!!!  Either I don't know what I'm doing, or the website is hard to maneuver.  I just want to delineate and look at the "NEW PATTERNS", not all 9,000 listed on the site.

Am I the only one have a hard time maneuvering the new site???

  1. Faye - go down the page and click on Winter/Holiday Catalog - that's all the new patterns and you can go from there. It's definitely different from the old website and ALOT faster!

    2. I don't think that works either. You get a small selection of New Look and Simplicity and I'm pretty sure they're not all from the Winter season. The site is just a horrible, horrible mess. Nothing is listed by brand name or number. I lost my entire wishlist in the move.

  2. if the new site was up next week, then i'm with you. i tried to search only simplicity patterns, and came up with a bunch of burda results. it seems like you can only narrow by one option at a time...

    1. I was searching for new Simplicity patterns and got only 14 New Look Patterns. It's faster, but it's a mess.

  3. I thought it was just me having issues. Thanks for confirming the old site was better. Although the old site was kind of slow.

    1. Yes the old site was slower but at least you could find what you were looking for. I'm upset about it.

  5. have not been able to get on the website with Google Chrome at all. They do not seem very attentive with their website. In the past I have seen new patterns in the stores about a month before the website catches up and posts them. Maybe they don't realize a lot of people look at the patterns at home online and than purchase them (as opposed to sitting in the store with the catalog at a table).

    1. If it wasn't finished - they should have left the old one up. But I'm just venting Kelly.

Let me put it plainly - Simplicity's new website sucks. They should fire whoever was in charge of it.

    1. Hopefully that can get it fixed. I'm planning on calling them on Monday about it. We'll see if I can really get in touch with someone.

  11. I agree 100%. It's the worst. I have decided not to use it until it is usable. I can't figure out how to search for a particular pattern number. Also, links on blogs no longer works. Badddd!

  12. Just the worst... the old site was awesome - you could look at simplicity new look and burda as well as the discontinued patterns. on the new site I saw a needlework of flowers in a vase where a pattern was supposed to be. are they kidding? The worst.
