CARNIVAL OF SKIRTS 2012 SEW-A-LONG UPDATE...

CARNIVAL OF SKIRTS 2012 SEW-A-LONG
ENDS ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31ST

HOWEVER
DON'T WORRY OR FRET IF YOU HAVEN'T STARTED OR FINISHED YET!!!

I will continue to monitor the blog and will keep it open for as long as it takes you to finish your skirts and post.  The purpose of the sew-a-long is to MOTIVATE people to sew, not to add additional stress to your lives.

Let me take the time to THANK you all for participating and making the sew-a-long an informative and fun event.  I set it up, but it would be nothing without your  participation.

SO SEW ON TO YOUR HEARTS CONTENT!
Who knows I might even do up another skirt or two myself.  After all there are still several hanging around on my inspiration board...

  3. I don't usually participate in sew-along because it increase my level of stress and anxiety. This is the first sew along that has been easy peezy for me. Maybe because I really love skirts and using my TNT self drafted skirt pattern just made it easy.

  4. Thanks so much Faye. I was feeling so bad as I bit off a little more than I could chew. As of the fist week of November, I will be able to get out my skirts. You're a doll!!

Thanks for the support, Faye! I will get one skirt done - maybe not Vogue, though. =)

  8. Hi Faye. That was a lovely idea. Though I didn't join the challenge, I have been sewing skirts, maybe I'll post. These ladies are making beautiful skirts.
