BLOGLIKECRAZY 2016 DAY 7: #The Sewing Gourmet - Steak Fajitas...

...when I get a taste for something special but I don't want to take time out to go to a restaurant, I just make my own version at home.  This time it was Fajitas that tickled my taste buds so I took the easy way out and followed the directions on the back of the McCormick Fajita Mix package.  It was as easy as 1-2-3...

1.  The preparation

2.  The process, and

3.  The finished product
This session produced a delicious dinner and a wonderful lunch for the next day.

  2. Looks really yummy Faye! I much prefer cooking at home than restaurants! Sometimes the taste of the food you cook at home (if you know how to cook) taste a lot better than restaurants, LOL!

    1. I'm in total agreement Myra. Sometimes eating at restaurants can be down right disappointing. You go once and it's WONDERFUL, then the next time it's awful.

  3. Looks delish! Agree with Myra; I've stopped buying commercial bread & mayo because I now make my own. I found the go-to bread recipe on a packet of bread flour!!

  4. That looks good! I'll bet I could do something like that to feed my election news junkies quickly tomorrow night. (And I love to use mixes and whatnot to make great food in a hurry.)

    1. It's really quick and tasty Marjie. The most time consuming part is slicing the peppers.
